I went to multiple dealerships, Chevy, Ford, Honda and more. I went to the Genesis of Aurora to look at a used Atlas and Hriday was amazing from the start. Very professional and caring to my needs. Even though he was very busy with multiple clients, he still made time to ensure my needs were being meet. Not pushy and very informative. He sold me on this car and would go back again.

Hriday is friendly and easy to talk with, but our overall experience was just OK and typical of what I have come to expect from any/every dealership. A few phone calls/voicemail messages were not returned, and the dealership phone system appears to be tied to a Hyundai parent dealership across the street and is so automated that is difficult to get to a physical person. Even when a call was answered, the transfer to the requested party was problematic, a few times not even being to the correct department or person. Moving on, Hriday did quickly locate a car at another dealership to match our requirements. It was promised for 3 days later. However, the car was NOT ready at the time of the scheduled pick-up appointment, and we were at the dealership for more than 4 hours to complete the sale, which may not be totally the fault of the salesman/sales team. Other issues such as incomplete vehicle preparation (many protective tape covering left for us to remove inside doors, glove box, rear compartment) and not having a finance person immediately present for the closing, instead relying on staff from the Hyundai dealership negatively affected our opinion in the whole.
