Matt was so great. Mostly because he spoke with me like a person. I'd come so close to buying from three other dealerships, but none of them could figure out how to not behave like cartoon car salesmen in plaid sports jackets and big neck ties. Matthew made my experience very smooth and easy! No pressure. I made an appointment with Matthew, and he asked me what features I was looking for in the GV70. I knew that I wanted the Advanced package. While Genesis of Aurora did not have the exact model I wanted, he found the color combination that I desired at another dealer, and I had my new GV70 the next day! He was a pleasure to work with and I told him so. I had a great buying experience!
