Excellent!! Rami was attentive, professional, and easy to work with from the moment we stepped foot in the dealership. He was honest and upfront and worked until I was completely satisfied. Came in for a GV70 didnt love it and he didn't force the sale on me. But left with a GV80 which was an upgrade. He even carried my 10 pound cockapoo and gave him treats. I look forward to my new relationship with Genesis
